carmens letter about china

Hi, I’m Carmen Verbeke you probably don’t know me but me,dad and mom are going to china in June I’m 11 and I just LOVE kids I want to show the orphans that there are people EVERYWHERE that love them and when they look up at me I want them to see god through me my mom is a babysitter so I’m around kids like 24/7 and my dad teaches the little kids on Sundays so after my class I go down with him and just love on them, there are three little girls that I play with when I go and they were adopted from china and were visiting the place where they stayed until a family in my church adopted them. I love to see their faces light up when I walk in and them say Carmen! That feeling to me is priceless it wasn’t easy to figuring out if I was going but I felt in my heart that this is my calling to go
